Issue/Introduction

1.VCF upgrade from 9.0.1 to 9.0.2 and report below error reported in lifecycle task when vCenter upgrade part:

"Message: VC upgrade failed while attempting to move target vCenter to primary AZ in stretched environment"

2.Below error found in sddc lcm debug log regarding to the vCenter upgrade:

"Cannot invoke "com.vmware.evo.sddc.lcm.model.tinternal.EsxiHost.getClusterId()" because "esxiHost" is null"

3. There are currently three hosts in the management domain: one of the hosts was previously removed from the cluster and then added back, but only two hosts are visible in the SDDC UI right now.

Resolution

1.Perform domain inventory sync in lifecycle panel refer to below doc:
