Special characters are not displaying correctly in UIM alarms

Issue/Introduction

Korean Characters Displaying incorrectly after Upgrading to DX UIM 23.4 CU6.

Environment

UIM 23.4.6

Cause

- UIM/Nimsoft language support settings

Resolution

This can be resolved by changing the configuration of alarm_enrichment.

Right-click on the alarm_enrichment probe in IM and choose "Edit..."

In the startup options (i.e. command arguments) replace with:

-Djava.library.path="../../../../lib" -Dfile.encoding=MS949 -jar ../lib/alarm_enrichment.jar

Save and recycle NAS and alarm_enrichment probe.
