Issue/Introduction

SRM service crashing on vSphere Live Site Recovery appliance post converge.

/var/log/vmware/vmware-dr.log shows the following error after crashing

Cause

null data is leftover from old SRM appliance regarding stale replications that were removed

Resolution

Contact Broadcom Support for Resolution

If immediate recovery is needed, Power on and reconfigure old VLSR 9.0.2 appliances
