Issue/Introduction
Is the Easytrieve Plus Report Generator release 6.4 version installed and being used:
the Kanji version which is still supported or the non-kanji version which is not supported?

Resolution
Please check the following points:
1. If the module size of EZTPDBCS and EZTPXRPT in Prefix.CAILIB is anything other than 10, DBCS and extended printers can be used.
Module size 10 is the original size.
2. In Japan, it is common to create a LOADLIB for DBCS. (For example, Prefix.DBCSLOAD.)
This contains EZTPDBCS and EZTPXRPT, which are customized for DBCS. And, the module size is greater than 10.
3. Please check whether the LOADLIB for DBCS is linked above BASE in the LINKLIST or STEPLIB.
