Issue/Introduction

The purpose of this KB is to outline the steps for validating interoperability between VMware ESXi 8.x versions and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Synergy 480 Gen10 hardware server series.

Environment

VMware ESXi 8.x

Resolution

1. Click on the below URL 
   
   Compatibility Guide VMware ESXi and Systems / Servers
   
   
2. Ensure under 'Product Release Version', these versions are selected: ESXi 8.0 , ESXi 8.0 U1, ESXi 8.0 U2 and ESXi 8.0 U3
   
   
3. Verify that Hewlett Packard Enterprise is chosen within the 'Partner Name' category
   
   
4. In the 'Keyword' box, type Synergy 480 Gen10
   
   
5. Click on 'View Results'.
   
   
6. To find compatibility details for other HPE models, simply modify the search filters accordingly.
