Apm_bridge probe doesn't open the configure page error PPM-020

Issue/Introduction

The configure page for Apm_bridge probe does not open when the apm_bridge is deployed to a robot connected to the primary hub.

Unable to read configuration

Server Error: Unsupported adapter request for probe at address /Domain/Primary_hub/robot/apm_bridge
 Please use either the Thick Client or Raw Configure for this probe

Environment

apm_bridge v. 2.02

DX UIM 23.4 GA

Resolution

  

1. Go to Raw Configuration in PPM probe of the Primary hub

2. Navigate to:

setup → adapter_list

3. Update the adapter_list to include the required apm_bridge with version as shown in below image:

4. Save the changes.
5. Restart the PPM probe on the robot.
