sqlserver probe - no connection or profiles displaying in the probe

Issue/Introduction

When the customer opened the probe yesterday there were no connections nor profiles present in the probe configuration.

Environment

• UIM 23.4.0
• sqlserver v6.03
• sqlserver 5.62-T5

Cause

• IM settings/login

Resolution

When we opened the IM and checked, the connections and profiles were present in the sqlserver probe v6.03 and the instance running sqlserver 5.62-T5.

We also set the IM Tools->Options to the Primary hub, 'Receive domain events' and selected 'Save configuration profiles on exit.'

No further issues were seen.
