When updating project and iteration in Rally, ConnectAll only syncs the Sprint in Jira

Issue/Introduction

In a multi-project automation, updating both the Project and Iteration fields on a Rally work item results in a partial sync. While the Jira Sprint field updates correctly, the corresponding dropdown field associated with the Rally project fails to synchronize, retaining its previous value.

 

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Jira work item and sync to Rally

2. On Rally side update the Project and Sprint values together

3. Sync

 

Expected Results

The dropdown field and Sprint are updated on Jira

 

Actual Results

On the Jira side only Sprint is updated and dropdown is not
