Issue/Introduction

Unable to access the Operations Manager plugin within VMware Cloud Director (VCD), an error message appears stating: 'The webpage might be temporarily down'."

Environment

VCF Operations 8.18.x

Cause

The vROPS certificate is missing the IP/FQDN that is provided in System Access URL on vROPS.

Resolution

  1. Ensure the System Access URL is updated in Aria Operations if there is a Loadbalancer in use. 
    Administrations > Global Settings > System Settings > System Access URL
  2. Make sure the Operations plugin is registered in VCD.
