Issue/Introduction

Access denied to /opt/brcm/iga/xpress_conf/ folder after connecting SFTP Session from SecureCRT or any other connection product.

Environment

IGA v15

Cause

The user used to connect to the IGA machine was different from igx.

Resolution

Setup the connection to the IGA node with igx user.
