Status Report PDF Export failing with 'Target page, context or browser has been closed'

Issue/Introduction

After an Operating System upgrade from Windows Server 2019 to Windows Server 2022, the Status Report export to PDF functionality fails
with the following error message - 'EXP-01000: Error generating PDF export'

An extract of the error message in the log file is as follows:
