Unable to login to vCenter using custom certificates

Issue/Introduction

User who's account utilizes custom certificates was unable to log into vCenter

Environment

vSphere 8.x

Cause

The new certificates had spaces at the end of them - spaces are invalid

Resolution

remove spaces from certificates and then recreate the PEM chain
