Java MVS Agent: WLM error: system does NOT exist.

Issue/Introduction

When starting a z/OS job on the Java z/OS Agent it ends with status FAULT_OTHER.

The following error is displayed in the Agent log:

20260109/073129.844 - U02000003 Job '<JOB_NAME>' started with RunID '251905'.
20260109/073129.850 - WLM error: system(<WLM_NAME>) does NOT exist.

Cause

The Workload Manager (WLM), also 'Scheduling Environment' in AWI, is indicated with apostrophes. This worked in the C-based Agent, but not in the Java-based one.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
