Within the Staffing module, when the View Option 'Show Indicator on Non-Default Values' is selected, the values overlap the lead column when scrolling
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access the Staffing module. Go to Allocations by Resource (though this happens within Allocation by Investment as well)
2. Open the 'View Options' and check the option to Show Indicator on Non-Default Values
3. In the upper left frame, expand a Resource to see all their Investment allocations.
4. If any of the Allocations are Non-Default, you'll notice a gray triangle in the upper right corner. If the Resource doesn't have any allocations that are Non-Default, manually make a change to the allocations on one of the Investments.
5. In the upper left frame, move the horizontal scroll bar to the right.
Expected Results:
It will scroll as usual, all fields will remain within their proper frame.
Actual Results:
If a value has a Non-Default value, and has the gray triangle indicator, when you scroll, it will actually stay in view and pass into the frame with the Name field.

Workaround:
The behavior only occurs when the Show Indicator on Non-Default Values is selected. Deselecting the option will prevent the issue
