Issue/Introduction

ESXi hosts show in vCenter inventory, but don't show up in VCF Operations UI. 

Environment

VCF 9.x

Cause

Hosts were commissioned and added to vCenter manually, rather than through the proper VCF Ops workflow. 

Resolution

Remove the hosts from vCenter inventory, Re-install ESXi on the hosts, then commission them properly through the VCF Operations workflow here: Commission Hosts
