Users may experience random job failures (including standard Jobs and File Transfers) on Unix/Linux Agents. The jobs fail during the initiation phase with the following error messages in the Agent log:
U02000495 Communication to UserService 'UserServiceDriver' for request 'USOPEN' failed, reason: 'null'.
U02000186 Report file '/.../OACXXXXX.TXT' for Job 'JOB_NAME (RunID)' cannot be opened. Error: 'java.io.IOException Failed to open file...'
U02003083 User-Service for User 'username' with PID: 'XXXXX' ended.

Public Description: An issue has been solved that prevented the Agent Unix from starting any I/O tasks using the same user if the request came after 30 min of inactivity on the User-Service.
Resolution details: New INI parameter introduced, which can be used to control the idle timeout of the UserService program.

As a protection for such errors, the UserService will be ended 10sec before reaching the idle timeout.
