In 4.0.x If you upload a custom icon onto the Automation Canvas and start drawing lines from any icon to the custom Automation icon, you can't drag the line around the icon.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Add a custom icon to the Automation Canvas

2. Draw an arrow from any icon to the new custom icon

Expected Results: 

• The arrow on the custom icon should be able to be moved around the icon

Actual Results:

• There is no way to move the arrow around the icon.  There are no move buttons on it.
