When working with 2E users are unable to synchronize 2E models.
If another developer tries to log into a model they discover the model is locked because the model is synchronizing.
The 2E UI may generate logs similar to:

To resolve the error the following steps should be tried
1) Backup the model library using the SAVLIB command.
2) Start a fresh session, set the model library list.
3) Execute "YDLTOBJTBL" on the model library.
4) Execute the "CHGDTAARA DTAARA(YSNCMDLRFA *ALL) VALUE('N')" command.
5) Execute the "YSNCMDL" command.
If the issue remains after these steps, please open a Support case with Broadcom Support, follow the steps below, and provide the mentioned items:
1) take a fresh session and setup the model library list.
2) DSPLIBL OUTPUT(*PRINT)" and send us the output.
3) After setting the library list, execute the "DSPDTAARA YRLSNBRRFA" and provide the version of 2E.
4) Replicate the issue and send Support the Job log and the steps being taken.
4) If the issue is not solved, then execute "YCHKMDL" on the model library in *ANALYZE mode and send the report to Broadcom Support.
5) If the issue is not solved, please send Broadcom Support the model library as SAVF to analyze further.
