The Staffing Module lags or locks cells

Issue/Introduction
In the Allocation by Resources within the Staffing module, there may be a lag when attempting to update the Allocation values as the total allocation is recalculated. If this lag takes longer, it may look like the user didn't update and they may try again. Sometimes if you attempt to update a different cell while the recalculation is occuring, the cell will get locked, and you won't be able to update it unless you refresh the session.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE -
1. Log into the MUX, and go to Staffing. Select the Allocation by Resource section.
2. Expand a user to see all Projects they are assigned to. Change the View Options to display a larger number of periods, perhaps a full year.
3. In the grid update an allocation number, and then without hesistating, update another cell.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
Each cell update attempted should be completed
ACTUAL RESULTS:
The first cell updated will update correct. The second updated cell may revert, or it may lock completely so it can't be updated.

Resolution
This is under investigation, and tracked as DE181917.
Workaround: After each cell is updated, if you wait for the re-calculation to complete before moving to the next cell, it will work as expected.
