Spectrum and DX02 integration. Incremental alarm updates are not working with an alarm filter for Maintenance and Hibernation alarms.

Issue/Introduction

We have Spectrum integrated with DX02 through the Spectrum Data Publisher (SPUB).

We are using alarm filters for the DX02 integration that include Maintenance and Hibernation Alarms.

We have noticed that when we place a device into maintenance and take it out again, no updates are being sent to the Spectrum Data Publish (SPUB), but if we restart the SPUB we can see the updates.

Therefore it seems that Spectrum is not passing Maintenance and Hibernation Alarms to SPUB to be passed on to DX02.

Spectrum 24.3.x

Spectrum Data Publisher 24.3.x

Cause

A coding change needed to be done to include maintenance and hibernation alarms in an incremental synch.

Resolution

This will be fixed in a future release targeting Spectrum 25.4.5.
