After upgrading to 17.4 RU2 in Service Point, when the employee user clicks on any ticket under "My Recent Tickets," the error html_description appears.
In the IncidentMS_debug.log below error is noted:
Exception occurred, see call stack for more details: userid (test.requester)
java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: java.lang.NoSuchFieldException: html_description

The issue is resolved with 17.4 RU3 and above.
