Cleanup unused or unnecessary or custom ICS_NotificationList from Smarts 

Environment

All supported Smarts versions

Resolution

1. Login to Smarts SAM (Service Assurance Manager)
2. Open GMAC (Global Manager Administration Console) from Configure option
3. Expand Notification Lists 
4. Right click and delete unused Notification list.
