NFSv4 READ failure on vSANFS

Issue/Introduction

A "READ Status: NFS4ERR_IO" error occurs during file operations in an environment where the vSAN File Service (vSANFS) server is mounted via NFSv4.

Environment

vSAN File Services 8.0

Cause

File operation conflicts are causing the system to output an "NFS4ERR_IO" error. 

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in vSphere 8.0 Update 3i and later.
