Tanzu Hub Fails to Read the Input CSV for a Repository Group

Issue/Introduction

The repository group has an error status similar to one of the following errors

• Error fetching or parsing repository CSV input.
• Required column 'Repository Url' is missing from CSV headers

Environment

Tanzu Hub v10.3.x

Cause

This is caused by a malformed CSV file 

Resolution

You are likely missing the CSV headers (Repository URL, Branch, etc. at the top of the file) or some other required field in the CSV. The following is an example of a correct CSV file based on the template provided by Tanzu Hub:
