Issue/Introduction

After DX SaaS Update, accessing the "APM Management Modules" page is empty

Environment

DX SaaS EM 25.10 and onwards, 26.*

Cause

The management module page was reworked from 25.10 and the URL was changed from /digital-oi/settings/apm-management-modules to /digital-oi/settings/management-modules. The old UI is still present but due to recent changes it doesn't work hence causing the empty page. 

 

Resolution

1) If you have previously marked the management module page as favorite : unfavorite and favorite again.

2) If you are navigating to the management modules page and still see the issue, it could be a browser cache issue: clear your browser cache or use an incognito window.
