APM Modules page empty or listing invalid management modules

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

After DX SaaS Update, accessing the "APM Management Modules" is either empty or listing incorrect management modules that do not exist.

Environment

• DX SaaS APM 25.10+
• DX O2 APM 25.10+

Cause

DX O2 > Settings > APM Management module has been marked as favorite:

The management module page was reworked from 25.10 and the URL was changed from /digital-oi/settings/apm-management-modules to /digital-oi/settings/management-modules. The old UI is still present but due to recent changes it doesn't work hence causing the empty page or displaying incorrect management modules.

 

Resolution

1. Go to DX O2 > Settings

2. Unfavorite APM Management Module and favorite it again.
