System error when attempting to Push Object Captions after renaming a CIT when created using source="pbk.ca.com".

Issue/Introduction

You renamed a CIT from Original name to Some Other name and noticed that the permissions are still showing with Original name. So you attempted to Push Object Captions feature but get a System error:  "System error. Contact System Administrator"

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create CIT via XOG using source as "pbk.ca.com".
2. Rename Object Name and click Save.
3. Click on Push object Captions you will get an Error System error. Contact system administrator. 

Expected Results: it should allow to change object name and push captions

Actual Results: it is not allowing to push captions.
