Job Parameters are getting deleted upon running the Job Remove Job Logs

Issue/Introduction

In Clarity PPM, the issue of job parameters getting deleted during the execution of the "Remove Job Logs and Report Library entries"

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Clarity with privileges required to run the Jobs
2. Navigate to Reports and Jobs
3. Pick a job and in this example lets use Datamart Extraction
4. In the parameters check one parameter example Extract Only OBS
5. Click on save parameter with a Parameter name and schedule the job
6. Set up Clarity application servers and configure all the necessary parameters in CSA
7. Under Data warehouse menu fill up the database details and click on save 
8. In the available Jobs now saved parameter will show up 
   • 
9. Now run the job "Remove Job Logs and Report Library entries"

Expected Results: The job with saved parameter shouldn't be deleted 

Actual Results: The saved parameter is deleted however the scheduled job remains
