SDDC Manager UI continues to timeout after increasing the UI session timeout.

Issue/Introduction

• The SDDC Manager UI session timeout has been set to over one hour using the steps in, Increase SDDC UI session timeout
  
  
• Even with the session timeout being increase, authorization token lifetime is still an hour

Cause

The authorization token is not honoring the session timeout, thus it is expiring after one hour. 

Resolution
