To apply required certificate on vIDM, re-initiate certificate update operation againInventory synchronization for vIDM or integrated products (like Aria Operations) fails with authentication errors and logging into the Admin or Product UI of VMware Aria Operations fails with the following error:Incorrect User name/Password
Aria Suite Lifecycle 8.18
VMware Identity Manager 3.3.7
This error is generally caused by an authentication failure during the re-trust phase. There are two primary scenarios:
Credential Mismatch: The admin or configurator admin credentials in the Aria Suite Lifecycle Locker does not match the current passwords on the vIDM appliances.
Integrated Product Account Lockout: If vIDM is integrated with Aria Operations, the admin account for Aria Operations may be locked. This prevents Aria Suite Lifecycle from authenticating to validate the trust relationship.
If the Aria Suite Lifecycle is VCF managed, engage Broadcom Support . For non-VCF environment, follow the below steps.
Scenario 1: Credential Mismatch in Locker
Scenario 2: Aria Operations account lockout
