Hitting the following error when creating a space group in Hub (10.3.4):
Tanzu Hub version 10.3.4
Issue was caused due connectivity/network issue between the Hub and its foundation.
You can check this under Foundations Overview -> Find the foundation -> See Status.
See if the foundation's Satus is connected. If NOT connected or intermittently disconnecting.
curl -v https://hub.<system-domain>
bosh -d <hub-deployment> ssh registry/####
ping <ops-manager-fqdn>
or try accesing Opsmanager API
If the above steps are not giving you much details, network connectivity might not be causing the issue, Gather the following logs and open a Tanzu Support Ticket:
bosh -d hub-tas-collector-xxxx logs
