The NCM Smarts Adapter not connecting to IP domain.

Issue/Introduction

NCM Smarts Adapter Configuration for the IP domain always result in error even though the IP domains and the username and password is correct.

Environment

All supported Smarts/Network Observability NCM versions

Cause

Customer configured a heirachical SAM which NCM Smarts Adapter does not support. 

Resolution

The NCM Smarts Adapter need to be configured to use the Aggrageted SAM instead of the Presentation SAM.  Configuringing the NCM Smarts Adapter this way allowed the setup to complete successfully.
