Agreements workspace access without Agreements - Navigate right

Issue/Introduction

Users with no Agreements - Navigate right are able to access the Agreements workspace in MUX

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a user and add the following access rights
   
   •    Agreement - Edit - All
   •    Agreement - View - All
   •    Project - Edit Management - All
   •    Project - View Management - All
2. Log in as the above user or impersonate him
3. Look at the MUX workspaces that the user can see

Expected Results: No Agreements or Project workspaces are visible as Navigate rights have not been granted
Actual results: Agreements workspace can be accessed even if no Agreements - Navigate right is granted

Cause

This is caused by DE181772

Resolution

Agreement object access rights were designed on the way they are currently working. 

Engineering will revisit the security rights of the Agreement object under a user story. This should be available in a future release
