ISRP124 error in member AYTEDALL due to mismatch quotes

Issue/Introduction
After updating member AYTSEDIT, the command TSO EX 'YOUR.SAMPJCL(AYTEDALL)' got Mismatch quotes - The string contains an uneven number of quotes error, when trying to update members of the install library.
AYTEDALL member in line 74 was missing a single quote mark on the left of memvar:
000075 'EDIT DATAID('idvar') MEMBER(memvar'),
Added the missing single quote:
000075 'EDIT DATAID('idvar') MEMBER('memvar'),
But now got ISRP124 Ibm error.

Resolution
The issue for the CLIST error is caused by comments in between ISREDIT CHANGE commands for VOLINFO and CSIVOLINF.
When editing the SMS VOLINFO statement and SMS CSIVOLINF statement, the unused SMS data lines should be deleted instead of commented as the edit macro won't understand comments in between the command. See highlighted lines in yellow.
