Issue/Introduction

Logs show hostname issue:

/var/log/vmware/vcf/domainmanager/domainmanager.log 

YYYY-MM-DDT##:##:##.###+0000 ERROR [vcf_##,#########################,####] [c.v.e.s.o.model.error.ErrorFactory,dm-exec-19]  [#####] VSPHERE_PREPARE_PRIMARY_HOST_FAILED Primary ESXi hostname is blank.
com.vmware.evo.sddc.orchestrator.exceptions.OrchTaskException: Primary ESXi hostname is blank.


ESXi host certificate Subject had "unstructuredName".  

Environment

VCF 5.2

Cause

Trying to add a host with existing configuration present to a new VCF cluster. 

Resolution

Reinstall ESXi on ESXi host to prepare for valid deployment.
