Color picking for metrics view in Operator Console is picking similar colors

Issue/Introduction

Graphs in the metrics view are picking colors in many iterations that are so similar that it makes it hard to ascertain problems quickly.

Environment

• UIM 23.4 to CU6
• Operator Console
• Metrics Viewer

Resolution

Fix projected for CU7 of 23.4.

The color plotting algorithm has been updated to pick the first 30 metrics with distinct colors, and random after that.
