Issue/Introduction

The Upgrade Job AXACTUPG job fails with:

Cause

The DATACOM.R151.CAAXLOAD dataset was created at as a PDS and not a PDSE (Data set name type  : LIBRARY)

Resolution

Start the UPGRADE process all over again from the beginning and this time be sure that the DATACOM.R151.CAAXLOAD has been defined as a PDSE.
This resolved the errors that the customer was receiving.
