Issue/Introduction

The VMware Getting Started page is accessible, but the user cannot launch the vSphere Client to access the UI. The screen is blank in Edge/Chrome, and Firefox downloads an sso file while displaying a blank page.

You will also likely see a no healthy upstream error message when attempting to access vCenter UI

Environment

vCenter 8.0 U3

Cause

Many services may not be starting.  Check the status of Machine SSL, solution user and STS certificates to diagnose further.

Resolution

Take a snapshot of the vCenter from the vSphere host UI

Regenerate all certificates using vCert - Scripted vCenter expired certificate replacement
