VLSR plugin is not accessible from vCenter after converging to 9.0.5 - No healthy upstream

Issue/Introduction

You witness plugin issues after converging vSphere Replication & VMware Live Site Recovery to VMware Live Recovery Appliance 

1. VMware Live Site Recovery Plugin displays no healthy upstream in vCenter 

2. VMware Live Site Recovery Plugin displays Not accessible in vCenter 

Environment

VMware Live Recovery Appliance 9.x

Cause

vCenter is not trusting the VLR Appliance SSL certificate because the certificate is generated using a short name.

Resolution

1. Change the VMware Live Recovery Appliance Certificate from short name to FQDN 

2. Reconfigure the VMware Live Recovery Appliance

3. Reconfigure the Connection Between Sites
