SQL-206 when submitting an Extract Procedure

Issue/Introduction

Issue/Problem/Symptoms: 

When  submitting a Database Analyzer Extract Procedure the following error message was received: 

The information below describes an error condition detected in DB2. The error is not necessarily a problem with the application that you are        

executing. Carefully examine the error message to determine if the error could have been caused by entering incorrect data, not holding required     

authorization, or possibly a problem with your DB2 system.

User is unable to use PDA option EP - S.

 Resolution/Workaround:

This problem is resolved by rerunning the compare and create required DB2 objects step of the post install.
