Getting 500 - Internal server error when using the HWC Buildpack version 3.1.80

Issue/Introduction

The .NET Framework application is running successfully when pushed with the HWC Buildpack version 3.1.80.

 

When accessing the application route endpoint, it returns a 500 - Internal Server Error response.

 

Environment

HWC Buildpack 3.1.80

Cause

There is a report of this bug issue with the running application returning a 500 error using HWC Buildpack version 3.1.80 that shipped with HWC v75.0.0.

Resolution

Upgrading to HWC buildpack version 3.1.81 or higher is the recommended solution for addressing this bug in .NET Framework application.
