SSO Configuration "Next" button greyed out

Issue/Introduction

During the vCenter Stage 2 Install process, the buttons are greyed out.    Log messages:

/var/log/vmware/applmgmt/applmgmt.log

Environment

vCenter 8.x

Cause

vCenter server DNS entry not defined.

Resolution

Define DNS records for the vCenter server prior to installation.
