Unable to modify the network created from an 'imported port group' in Org vDC.

Issue/Introduction

Experiencing below error when editing a portgroup based imported Org vDC network.

Below are the log entries from the vcloud-container-debug.log:

java.lang.NullPointerException
        at com.vmware.vcloud.networking.model.network.TenantNetwork.supportsNsxTDhcp(TenantNetwork.java:598)

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x

Cause

The issue occurs when none of the network pools is associated with PVDC. As a result, vCD encounters a NullPointerException when attempting to locate the local NSX even though NSX is not being used.

Resolution

Issue resolved in VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1.2.
