Is Easytrieve compatible with COBOL 6.5?

Resolution

Yes Easytrieve is compatible with COBOL 6.5. However, there is a distinction between calling programs and converting 
definitions. 

1. Calling COBOL programs: Calling COBOL v6.5 programs from Easytrieve is 
   fully supported.
   
   
2. Using the CBLCNVRT macro: This macro is version-specific. For COBOL v6, 
   the specific supported version is v6.2.0.
