Cannot generate price reports for VMs in Aria Operations (vROps)

Issue/Introduction

• The "Metering" metrics are missing under VM page | Metrics | Summary under Inventory page.
• When generating a report, the CPU and Memory prices are empty.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Resolution

Ensure that the below configuration is set correctly:

• OrgVDC and vAPP are assigned to the right policy that contains all the configuration for the Chargeback/vCD pricing.
• VM under the vAPP are assigned to the right policy.
• The policy has the metrics activated for CPU and Memory pricing under Summary | Metering. 
• Chargeback pricing is active and configured under the correct policy.
