Resolution

This is a known issue impacting VMware NSX.

Workaround is to disable multiple port flow cache

  • SSH into each ESXi host
  • Disable multiple port flow cache
    net-dvs -u com.vmware.net.portset.fc.mcast.enabled -p hostPropList dvs_name
  • Make the change persist across reboots
    net-dvs --persist
