"Operation cancelled due to an unexpected error" while trying to generate a support bundle from VCDA Manager UI.

Issue/Introduction

• Unable to create a support bundle in VCDA Manager UI and it fails with the message: "Operation cancelled due to an unexpected error"
• "/usr/bin/rpm -qi h4 /usr/bin/rpm -qa Killed " error is encountered while trying to generate the support bundle using the below commands: 
  cd /opt/vmware/h4/cloud
/opt/vmware/h4/bin/support-bundle.py cloud support 

Environment

VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.x

Resolution

• Verify there is sufficient space on the manager appliance by running the command: df -h.
• A minimum of 30% available disk space is recommended for support bundle generation.
• If additional space is required, please refer to this article on how to increase the root partition:
