Environment

VCF Usage meter 9.x

Cause

Network issue may cause of upload failure.

Resolution

Data upload from Usage Meter to Business Service Consoles every hour.

When next upload completed, it can sefely ignore.

When Upload failure keep occure, check 
VMware Cloud Foundation Usage Meter is not uploading product usage data to VCF Business Services console
