Issue/Introduction

  • Casdgtw is not creating tickets
  • Casdgtw queue appears yellow in the hub status tab.
  • When looking at the casdgtw - there are few, or no errors but casdgtw is displaying items related to CI mappings.

Environment

Release: UIM 8.x or later
Component: casdgtw

Resolution

  1. Open the Raw Configure interface and navigate to the Setup section.
  2. Create a new key with the name as skip_ci_mapping and value as 1.
    Default: 0
    • 1: probe skips the CI mapping.
    • 0: probe enables the CI mapping. 
  3. Click Apply to save settings.
  4. Restart the probe for applying the configuration changes.
