few alarms had delay from Alarm status NEW to UPDATED

Issue/Introduction

In DX O2 SAAS, noticed that few alarms had a delay from Alarm opened status to status NEW to UPDATED
Noticed an issue where the Lifecycle Events showing more than day of delay from O2 receiving the Alarm from Spectrum and create event (Alarm Opened), then to have Event (Status changed from New to UPDATED), this is not in all cases, some cases the Event changed and created in the same time as expected.

Resolution

Development has not found any other reason of delay update to the alarms in DX O2 other then from the ingestion itself got delayed. The receipt/update of alarm(s) itself got delayed into DX O2.

It looks most likely the root cause of the issue is on the SDC (Spectrum Data Publisher) side.
